Sunrise Resort Motel South (yellow arrow) is located one short block from the public beach but, at the same time, has an extremely nice and unrestricted view over the Clearwater Bay. The island is only 2 blocks wide at this point. There is no public beach at the south end of Clearwater Beach.

The motel is 1 ½ block south from the Clearwater Marina (red arrow). Almost all water activities in Clearwater Beach originates from the marina. Sightseeing, lunch & dinner cruises, dolphin watching, the Pirate Cruise, world's largest speedboat, parasailing, deep-sea fishing and much, much more starts here.

Less that 5 minutes away is the popular Pier 60 (blue arrow). To describe it short, the Pier is bustling with people during the evening hours. You will find local artists, crafters, performers, live music and much more to entertain you while the sun goes down in the Gulf of Mexico. This is a must for all visitors.
